Update 10 July 2018 – Tiny Torch is no longer active. They were one of many services that lost access to Facebook scheduling when Facebook increased their security settings. What is more, Tiny Torch did not refund any of the customers who had paid in advance for annual memberships. Myself included. Even after several attempts to make contact with them. If this tool does ever get approved again, I would not be recommending it.
There are no longer any tools that can post to Facebook events. If you are using groups, you can use the Facebook scheduler to schedule your Facebook group posts in advance, or you can use a tool such as Cinchshare, which is Facebook approved.
Tiny Torch has become one of my essential tools for saving time with my Jamberry business. Unlike all the other similar tools on the market, Tiny Torch comes with some generous features for their free members, as well as all the fantastic extras of a paid subscription.
Tiny Torch Review
Tiny Torch is a scheduling program for Facebook, which allows you to schedule posts in advance. While Facebook business pages have the option of their own scheduling system, there is currently no support to do similar in Facebook groups or events, which posed as a problem for the many direct sales consultants who were looking to run online parties, such as I do with Jamberry. So that’s where tools such as Tiny Torch have become a total game changer!
Tiny Torch allows you to link your social accounts to your Tiny Torch dashboard so you are able to schedule posts in the future. This includes Facebook groups, business pages, events and even your personal profile.
What this does is allows you to be far more productive with your time, instead of rushing to live post everything all of the time. It allows your business to automate much of the time, and makes it easier to maintain an active social media presence even when you may not have time available. Winning!
And while there are quite a few similar programs available, Tiny Torch has some features that make it my favourite choice these days, and the one I continue to use for my business.
Previously named templates, the Tiny Torch campaign feature allows you to do just that… Create a template of posts. This is amazing for online parties if there is a section you want to automate.
While I prefer to do the majority if my online parties live, having the option to create templates is a huge time saver. I currently have 3 campaigns I have created and use often – a pre party posts one with all my fillers for the days leading up to the online party, a party starter with my hour before reminder & up to my 3rd actual party post, which allows me to get my kids fed, ready for bed and happy before my party kicks in, and my post party campaign which has follow up posts for the week following a party, with application tips, order reminders and inviting people to join my VIP group.
Having these campaigns saves hours on each party! Plus even on a free account you get to create 3 campaigns.
Another cool feature the other schedulers are lacking is a collections option, where you can save great post ideas and images from other Tiny Torch users or from the Jamberry head office accounts into one of your folders. This is great for keeping track of future post ideas, and having an easy option to grab them for scheduling. Plus as you can see, there is an option for 5 collections on a free account too.
Some of the other scheduling tools only allow you to create posts as part of a single template, but with Tiny Torch, you can schedule single posts anytime, even for immediate sharing. This is great as it doesn’t involve as much setting up per post. Plus you can easily rearrange, delete or edit your posts in your schedule list.
Tiny Torch also allows you to schedule a single post to multiple social accounts at the same time, which is great if you want to do a single post to all your active parties for example.
Find New Content Easily
One of my favourite options is the search feature which allows you to find new content to either save to your collections or schedule straight away. This gives an endless supply of post inspiration, including some created by Tiny Torch themselves.
For example, search roll call, and you will get hundreds of roll call images for use in your online party. It’s a fun and easy way to mix things up.
Free vs Paid
Unlike other schedulers, Tiny Torch have some awesome features for free for Jamberry consultants, which will make a huge difference to your business. But of course, they also have a subscription service that will give you a whole lot more too.
